Pricing
Standard Cleaning/STR Turnover
Our pricing strategy is based on various factors including, but not limited to amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms/game rooms, number of beds per room, exterior needs, pets, as well as any additional services your home may need.
Below is general guidelines, but may vary based on your specific home features:
2BR / 2BA - $110–$200
3BR / 2BA - $200-300
4BR / 3BA - $300-500
5BR+ - Call for a quote!
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning prices are based on the square footage of your home, how many beds and any additional services you would like. General pricing guidelines are shown below:
1. Homes up to 2,000 sq ft → $500 – $600
2. Homes 2,000 – 3,000 sq ft → $600 – $800
3. Homes 3,000 – 4,000 sq ft → $800 – $1,200
4. Homes 4,000+ sq ft → Custom Quote
*Add on services include cleaning interior window washing, deep cleaning oven/fridge, pets, etc.
